3
Better Performance: Lighter aftermarket wheels can enhance your vehicle's performance by reducing unsprung weight, resulting in improved handling and a more engaging driving experience.
4
Individuality: With a wide variety of wheel styles and finishes available, you can customize your vehicle to stand out and match your unique vision for its appearance.
5
Durability: High-quality aftermarket wheels can offer better durability and strength compared to stock wheels, especially for off-roading or performance driving situations.

The right set of wheels

Size: Various wheel sizes and weights hold different performance characteristics. If you plan on upgrading your current wheel size, be sure to consider the maximum wheel size allowance on your vehicle. Weight: Wheel weight impacts vehicle performance. Heavier wheels increase braking distance and reduce handling, while lighter wheels will improve maneuverability and braking performance. Terrain: Where do you drive most often? Wheels should be selected based on their primary function.

Cast Aluminum Wheels

These are the most common type of wheels. They are made by pouring molten aluminum into a mold which then hardens into the desired wheel shape. While this process is cost-effective and allows for a variety of designs, these wheels are generally heavier and less durable than forged ones.

Hybrid Forged Wheels

These wheels are a mix of the casting and forging processes. The wheel starts as a cast wheel, and then the rim area is spun under high pressure, creating a denser and stronger material in this area. This process combines the cost-effectiveness of casting with the strength and lightweight qualities of forging.

Flow Forged Wheels

Also known as flow-formed, spun-rim, or rim-rolling wheels, these wheels undergo a process that starts with a cast wheel, which is then heated and spun under high pressure. This process compresses and stretches the aluminum, making it denser and stronger than regular cast wheels, but not as strong as fully forged wheels.

Forged Wheels

Forged wheels are made from solid aluminum that is compressed under extreme pressure to create a very dense, strong, and lightweight wheel. They are the strongest type of wheel, highly resistant to impact, and are generally the lightest. These qualities make them ideal for high-performance applications, but they are also the most expensive to produce.

Forged Multi-Piece

These are forged wheels that are made in multiple parts (usually two or three) that are then bolted together. This allows for a wide variety of designs, including deep-dish looks and wide widths that aren't possible with a one-piece wheel. The multi-piece construction can also allow for easier repair in some cases, as damaged pieces can be replaced individually. These are also typically more expensive due to the complex manufacturing process.
